Art intimidating life tattoo
The list of Les' awards is long, but several first place awards for tattoo portraiture at Australian national level (in 1995 & 2000), and awards for Best Large Tattoo and Best Design Sheet at the 1999 American National Convention in Philadelphia bear mention.
In 2003 Les moved to Sydney and focused his creative energy on attaining an Art degree, completing his Bachelor of Fine Art (majoring in painting) at the National Art School in 2005 and his Bachelor of Fine Art (Honours) in 2006.

Untitled (title sometimes appears in parentheses) is Les' first solo show of his paintings, and opens at MOP Projects, 2/39 Abercrombie St Chippendale at 6 pm on March 19.
